Our laundry hubs (Mr Jeff), fitness oasis (Fit Jeff), beauty salons (Beauty Jeff), coworkings (Jeff Works) and coffees ready-to-go (Coffee Jeff) are around the world. People can enjoy them online or offline through our app and our community of entrepreneurs located in the neighbourhoods.

What will you do? Role highlights

  • Collaborate in the definition of the employer brand strategy at internal and external level.

  • Coordination and implementation of employer brand and communication initiatives.

  • Creation, management and monitoring of content on employment platforms (Glassdoor, Indeed, Recruitee).

  • Planning, copywriting and monitoring of content on Linkedin and Instagram.

  • Manage internal communications such as weekly newsletter, People initiatives and company announcements.

  • Support in initiatives related to employee experience such us the onboarding, awards and culture initiatives.

  • Measure and analyse the impact of the initiatives and communications.

  • Events coordination at internal and external level.

Job requirements

Skills & Knowledge

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate communications (specially internal).

  • Previous experience in employer branding and culture areas.

  • Previous experience in social media copywriting and content creation.

  • Previous experience working with Linkedin, Instagram, Workplace, Glassdoor, Mailchimp and Ágorapulse.

  • Working in communication agencies is highly valued.

  • Experience in tech communication will be a plus.

  • Empathy is key to listen and understand the needs of the team and the business.

  • Hands on, always ready to roll up its sleeves to support anyone, any department, anytime.

  • Creative mind with the ability to craft a story to engage employees and potential employees.

  • Curiosity to immerse yourself in the business, learn about the employee’s experiences and keep abreast of trends.

  • Proactive. Think two steps ahead and take the lead.

  • Problem-solver. Look for feedback, identify improvements and propose solutions.

  • Organization to carry out several projects at the same time.

  • Excellent written and oral communication. Ability to communicate ideas in an inspiring and effective way

  • Fluent in English and Spanish

  • Used to work remotely.
