Are you the one?

We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Manager with previous experience organizing and leading team and processes, someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and truly understands Jeff's core business in order to maximize the number of new franchisees joining our entrepreneur community.

This is a remote position within Spain, but we have an office in Valencia if you prefer it. We would love if you are in Valencia and join us at the office!

Responsibilities

Overseeing the sales funnel:

  • Identify gaps and propose changes to existing systems and process frameworks

  • Develop a deep understanding of sales metrics, reporting tools, and data structure in order to identify and drive resolution of issues, provide actionable intelligence with existing metrics or identify, develop, and propose new metrics, dashboards, scorecards or new tools

  • Develop relationships and processes with sales, finance, HR, sales operations, and other functional teams to identify and address reporting issues.

  • Manage and develop financial tools or reports that align, and simplify, monthly business reviews, annual planning, and forecasting processes

  • Built new strategies to improve the efficiency of the sales process in every stage of the funnel

  • Definition of individual and team performance KPIs.

  • Tracking and management of performance (team and individual).

  • Decide and implement new automations to improve the performance of the Sales Team

  • Create a strategy of outbound and inbound calls and leads assignation

Job requirements

Experience and skills required:

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Ops role

  • 2+ years of experience managing Hubspot CRM tool

  • 2+ years of experience managing VOIP tools and leads routing

  • Experience communicating results to senior business leaders

  • HubSpot knowledge is a must

  • Excellent planning, analytical and project management skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of lead generation process and data

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Prospective vision to anticipate problems, set priorities and proactively develop rong internal and external relationship

  • Creative and initiative personality.

  • Native/Advanced English
