Opportunity at Jeff: Sales Operations- CRM Specialist

In the SALES department, are looking for a highly motivated CRM Specialist that enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and truly understands Jeff's core business in order to sell our business model to different countries around the world.

As a CRM Specialist, you will be part of analytical and transformational projects led by the Sales Operations team. This simply means you will define and conduct implementation of new sales processes and new analysis. You will also participate in our short and long term operational strategy for our global sales team.

Responsibilities / functions

  • Manage and support accurate hubspot sales stages to support sales motion
  • Manage territory and account assignment, or making required edits in Hubspot Sales for operations purposes
  • Responsible for data cleanliness and identifying and resolving data inaccuracies within our systems
  • Develop and maintain sales team resources as needed; perform routine updating of dashboards and process documentation
  • Participate to short and long term projects for new tools implementation


  • Drive automation of existing processes in hubspot by implementing new solutions
  • Proactively collaborates with sales team to solicit feedback and improves or creates processes/procedures as needed to improve productivity
  • Building upon existing hubspot platform knowledge
  • Provide day-to-day Sales Operations support in CRM usage
  • Actively identify and manage issues/risk within the sales organization
