Are you the one?

As a Sales Ops Administrative, you will be at the heart of our business operations and activities. You will anticipate the needs of our managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You will move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Jeff products and services. In addition to being organized and analytical, you will possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

We're adept at leading and managing a variety of simultaneous projects, which requires the particular talent of being able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Requirements

What will you do?

 

  • Provide support through the sales process
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Contact with the Sales Executive to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Maintain monthly sales reports
  • Communicate important feedback from Finance and Sales Department internally
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
  • Stay up-to-date with new software, products and feature

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in sales administrative roles working in technology and/or international environment.
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets databases and Pivot Table.
  • Experience working in the Administrative Area for 3 years.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Certification in Finance, Sales or relevant field is a plus
