We are looking for a highly motivated QA manager based in our headquarters in Valencia. You need to enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be very result-oriented.


You're passionate about quality and love working on small teams across a big organization. You're reliable, accountable and you have a great initiative to improve existing QA processes and develop new ones. You’re able to tackle complex issues with a strong sense of urgency and ownership. You love researching and using the best test automation tools and technology in order to build for the future and not just the present.


You are a true leader and able to build high performing teams who will support a high growth platform, extra points if you have an “unhealthy obsession” to check if there are zero bugs in production ;).

Requirements

What will you do? Role highlights

  • Work with stakeholders in the company a to define and execute on a vision around agile testing methodologies and progressive best practices to ensure high quality product releases
  • Establish and ensure common QA best practices across the entire product and engineering team.
  • Ensure test delivery and management of QA resources, pipeline, status reporting, test plans, cases, results etc
  • Provide leadership, technical expertise, and career development for individual QA contributors.
  • Align individual priorities with team priorities, manage individual performance
  • Constantly seek opportunities to improve our quality and testing approach


QA Manager Engineer skills:

  • Working knowledge of Agile software development lifecycle principles and QA methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, bring order to chaos, identify and solve emergent issues proactively
  • Deep understanding of quality assurance techniques, frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience with QA tools for test automation and performance testing.
  • Experience working with processes implementation, included functional automation.


Extra points :

  • Experience with Javascript-based QA automation tools
  • Experience with Cypress
  • Experience with Continuous Integration tools
