We have more than 2300 hubs across South America, Europe and most recently we have launched our services in Southeast Asia, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Operating worldwide, we provide Jeff’s service in more than 35 countries across our 4 verticals laundry, beauty, fitness and relax.

What will you do?

  • Own lead acquisition within the company, with a monthly budget of low 6 figures. Right now, our most important channels are FB, LinkedIn, Google and organic.

  • Work with the rest of the team to launch new channels and markets, optimize budget based on lead quality and sales performance.

  • Partner with the Data team to get insights on the performance of campaigns, work on new dashboards, etc.

  • Own organic metrics: lead content creation and technical site improvements to boost traffic and leads.

Job requirements

Experience and skills required:

  • Strong analytical background, with hands on experience managing performance marketing channels

  • +4 year of working experience in the field

  • Experienced in team management and growth

  • B2B and lead generation experience is a big plus

  • Excellent planning, analytical and project management skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Creative and initiative personality

  • Problem solving skills

  • High analytical thinking and capacity

  • Minimum English level C1.
