We are looking for a highly motivated a Partner Sucess Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and truly understands Jeff's core business in order to sell our business model to different countries around the world.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for advice, be accustomed to working on a goal-driven basis, be very result-oriented, proactive; not fearful of challenges and good attitude and motivation.


  • Manage your own portfolio of partners as a key element in driving Jeff’s growth in Turkey.
  • Focus on driving openings in the country by supporting our partners in opening in the best location in the shortest possible time aligned with Jeff’s quality standards.
  • Be the nexus of Jeff towards our partners and act as the voice of our partners towards Jeff in the Turkish market, keeping a permanent focus on partner retention as an ultimate goal.
  • Enable our partners to grow efficiently by making the most of our Jeff Suite Technology.
  • Promote a healthy growth in our partner community by driving targeted expansion opportunities through our best operators and areas.
  • Develop and implement success plans and strategies towards our partners with a strong focus on ensuring excellent service quality delivery and maximizing profitability of our Jeff points.
  • Work together with our Sales, Retail, Operations, Experience, Marketing & Product teams to optimize the experience of our partners with Jeff through identification & resolution of needs, ensuring adequate support at all times during all stages of their life cycle.
  • Increasing value on current customers and helping sales to attract new ones


    • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
    • Previous experience in possibly international Start-up or other high-growth environments is a plus.
    • Ability to organize, be proactive(as defined) and work under pressure
    • Excellent communication & teamwork skills with a hands-on attitude.
    • Fluency in spoken & written English & Turkish.
    • Can travel locally and visit hubs if necessary
    • Can take Good listening skills and ability to take complex situations, simplify and resolve in a timely manner
    • Analytics capacity, the ability to find improvement areas starting from a data comparative analysis.
    • Excel knowledge - pivot tables.
    • P&L knowledge would be a plus.
