What will you do?

  • Maintenance and leadership of the Marketplace platform, providing improvements, optimizing the usability of the tool, resolving system incidents and liaising with the Support department of the platform.

  • Configuration and maintenance of the department's metrics dashboard.

  • Identification of department needs based on the analysis of metrics and proposal of improvements.

  • Liaison and maintenance of CRM tools: Gainsight, Hubspot, Odoo

  • Solving usability problems of the tools at operational level, support to colleagues.

  • Analysis of deviations against budget

  • Unification of the department's information, simplifying access to it, optimization of resources.

  • Interpretation of the technical needs of the department and materialization of the demands for new reports.

  • Continuous search for tools that provide a higher level of optimization of the department.

  • Liaison of Retail with the rest of the tech support teams/areas.

Job requirements

Required competencies:

  • Advanced level knowledge and handling of measurement and dashboard execution tools: datastudio, metabase, Google sheets, etc.

  • Knowledge of bbdd and CRM management tools. Ability to apply them.

  • Curiosity and ability to learn.

  • Proactivity, ability to detect problems/areas of improvement and propose corrective actions.

  • Tolerance to frustration and change.

  • Analytical capacity.

  • Ability to synthesize and prioritize.

  • Empathy and ability to deal with customers (suppliers and franchisees).

  • Fluent English
