What is the mission of this role?

The mission of the Marketing Manager Enterprise is to develop and execute the marketing strategy to acquire and nurture high quality B2B enterprise leads in multiple international markets through a variety of strategies and tactics. These leads will be handled by the Sales team and converted into Enterprise deals. An Enterprise deal is defined as a multi-unit franchise deal with a size of at least 10 stores, but can also go up to hundreds of them, a single country or a master franchise format). 

The Marketing Manager Enterprise role requires great doses of creativity, data analysis and constant optimization. This is a key role in the B2B marketing department at Jeff as we are scaling quickly, so you will be in charge of positioning our enterprise concept as a top global brand.


What will you do?

  • Determine the marketing strategy and manage the budget for lead generation of Enterprise profiles, from digital marketing campaigns to events, trade shows, databases research, owning the funnel from lead generation campaigns to content nurturing funnels and sales collateral assets.
  • Ideate strategic initiatives to increase the awareness of our enterprise offering in the target countries.
  • Strategize and develop with the team different lead generation campaigns in LinkedIn, Facebook, Google and industry specific channels.
  • Architect and produce with the team the different content initiatives, CRM automations and sales material.
  • Ensure consistency in the positioning, branding, content and look-and-feel of the lead funnel.
  • Research, identify and propose other potential new profiles not currently contemplated or variations which can be a good fit for the Enterprise value proposition.
  • Research, identify and propose other marketing media, tools or sources for lead generation which are not currently used.
  • Ensure proper execution of the marketing strategy and budget deployment, from marketing campaigns to events and trade shows, research of databases, tools deployment, etc.
  • Obtain, follow up and improve marketing metrics so data based informed decisions can be made at all times.
  • Report progress towards goals, carry out analysis of the performance and prepare and execute action plans to close gaps or make improvements.
  • Align, support, get feedback and teamwork with all members of the Enterprise team from sales executives to business development, as well as with the Marketing SMB team. Keep up to date with the latest trends in B2B marketing and implement the ones that you consider that make sense for Jeff Enterprise.
  • Interacting with agencies and external vendors / suppliers as required


Job requirements

Experience & skills required

  • + 6 years of previous experience as responsible for B2B lead generation in companies working with services with a clear enterprise approach (SaaS or other services with digital/ tech component). Some understanding of Franchising and how it works is a plus, but not a must have.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • MBA or marketing post-graduate specialization is highly preferred.


Skills

  •  Experience in management and leading small teams is required
  • High level in English oral and written is a must have.
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook. Bonus if experience with ABM programs.
  • Experience in email marketing, content marketing or sales collateral development.
  • Experience with HubSpot or SalesForce preferred.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset, problem solver attitude, out-of-the-box thinker, creative, resilient, team player but autonomous self-starter, empathetic.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management and project management skills.
