What will you do?


  • Compliance with SLAs resolution response speed and satisfaction

  • Know-how in working with different IT support tools

  • Jeff is a remote company so you should have experience supporting and solving problems for remote users too

  • Skills and Knowledge of the following OS: Windows 10, macOS.

  • Skills and Knowledge of the following tools: Google Workspace, Gmail APPs, Facebook Workplace. etc

  • Help Oversee and maintain an inventory of company assets, systems, and peripherals through our inventory management tool.

Job requirements

Role requirements:


  • Be based in Valencia - work from our Jeff Headquarters. 

  • Basic Knowledge of ticketing tools and management incidents through this system

  • Basic Know-how in managing wired and wireless networks

  • Able to operate successfully in a fast-paced organization, able to analyze when we can be flexible and when we should be inflexible.

  • Motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented.

  • Strong problem-solving and team-oriented skills.

  • Good English level.
