Are you the one?

We are looking for a helpdesk technician, with experience in ticketing systems, issues resolution, stock control, setting up computers, image & sound knowledge and friendly treatment with users.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for advice, be accustomed to working on a goal-driven basis, be very result-oriented, proactive; not fearful of challenges, because they motivate you!

Previous experience working with networks and Fortinet systems will be highly valuable.

Requirements

Requirements:

● Knowledge of tech support levels N1 and N2.
● Experience with Windows and macOS.
● Knowledge of ticketing tools and manage incidents through this system
● Proven experience managing tech issues
● Able to operate successfully in a fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and
organization that can scale quickly.
● Motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented.
● Strong problem solving and team-oriented skills.
● Good english level.
