The Hubspot CRM Manager will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support and maintenance of Hubspot while leading projects to improve workflows, data quality and integration with other third-party tools. Everything with the main objective of helping the Growth team to achieve our ambitious expansion targets.

What will you do?

  • Be the main point of contact for Hubspot Sales, Marketing and CMS, its maintenance and the implementation of new projects.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to support the daily sales and marketing operations: onboarding new sales representatives, improving lead assignment logics, ensuring everything is working as planned.
  • Support inbound lead generation with reporting, scoring, rotation, territory management
  • Data governance and access management within HubSpot
  • Assist with maintaining the functional areas of data management, forecasting, contacts, leads, opportunities, dashboards and reports, and ensuring data integrity
  • Work with the team to drive HubSpot CRM data hygiene, automation and process refinements as needed

Experience and skills required:

  • You are process oriented, data-driven and have the ability to communicate data into meaningful insights.
  • Previous experience with Hubspot or similar is a big plus.
  • Experience with third-party integrations, especially with call center tools, a big plus.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Good stakeholder management.
  • Experience in team management is a plus
  • Creative and initiative personality
