We are looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner that is responsible for aligning global business objectives with employees and management. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing internal support, being a reference to find great talent, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. You will work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders, and HR colleagues to shape, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of Jeff. Operating as the departmental HR expert, to advise, guide and support staff and managers by providing high-level people management and development support across the organization.

Skills & Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources or related field
Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
3 - 4 years of experience acting as an HR business partner.
Proactive & autonomous
Startup savvy. Passion/interest and understanding of technology.
Excellent verbal and email communication skills at all levels of an organization. You know how to make digital communication personal
Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets.
Success in managing multiple deadlines and competing priorities in a fast pace and constantly changing environment.
Experience with human resources practices and disciplines including performance management, talent strategies, employee relations.
