Opportunity at Jeff: Head of Sales Asia

In the SALES department, are looking for a highly motivated Head of Sales Asia that enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and truly understands Jeff's core business in order to sell our business model to different countries around the world.

Responsibilities / functions

  • Analyze, understand and establish the appropriate strategy in the most important key points to improve the results of each country and each vertical.
  • Alignment with the teams that manage the “Key Points”
  • Understand the verticals to analyze and establish changes in the sales strategy.
  • Analyze new sales formulas.
  • Manage and make directly reports.
  • Have a global vision of the countries and executing local strategies.
  • Manage the training sessions.
  • Impact on the sales of each market and each vertical.
  • Analysis of the situation in a short and long term, anticipating the situation of each country and vertical to optimize sales in the present and future.
  • Plan and lead the strategies of Asia.
  • Establish the vision of the company in Asia.
  • Transmit to the teams of Asia the values of the company.
  • Create strong, formal and informal networks with key people inside and outside of the company.
  • Leading Asia and giving the right leadership to build the necessary inspiration in the rest of the people.

  • Mínimum 5 years experience in sales
