Are you the one?

We are looking for someone  will be responsible for ensuring Jeff has an array of Real Estate partners on board in every market Jeff is present, with an initial focus in LatAm countries. You will need to create a strategy that identifies Real Estate partners (Real Estate funds, developers and/ or operators) and convince them on the benefits of investing in commercial premises where to run Jeff’s businesses

What will you do? Role highlights

  • Set the company’s strategy to identify and contact the appropriate Real Estate partners in every market where the company is present.

  • Track pipeline, achieve and exceed agreed-upon partnership targets.

  • Research, convert and manage relationships with Real Estate partners.

  • Identify risk and return preferences of prospective investors.

  • Structure and negotiate Real Estate partnership deals.

  • Support Real Estate partners raising capital for our Real Estate project.

Job requirements

Required experience & skills:

  • Education: Successfully completed studies in Economics, Finance or Management with an advanced degree (MBA considered a plus).

  • Background: At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance or consulting positions with main dedication to Real Estate (top management consulting, private equity and VC funds, investment banks) or in similar positions in other companies (working experience with LatAm players/ markets considered a plus).

  • Core skills: Strong financial analytical skills and ability to link strategy to financials; comprehensive understanding of Real Estate investing.

  • Soft skills: Highly autonomous with capacity to develop and present corporate presentations; ability to work under pressure and short deadlines; able to work in an international environment.

  • Management: No experience managing large teams is required.

  • Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (other languages considered a plus).
