Opportunity at Jeff: Head of Corporate and Partnerships

In the SALES department, are looking for a highly motivated Head of Corporate and Partnerships that enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and truly understands Jeff's core business in order to sell our business model to different countries around the world.


Responsibilities / functions

  • Leading Jeff's worldwide expansion in its verticals (currently 42 countries and 4 verticals) in the new sales lines.
  • Analyze, understand and establish the appropriate strategy in the most important key points to improve the results of each country and each vertical. Key Points:
    • Whole sales cycle
    • The synergy of each country with each vertical
    • Impact of the Training team
    • Impact of the Sales Ops team
    • Marketing


  • Cross-sectional alignment with the departments involved
  • Understand the verticals to analyze and establish changes in the sales strategies
  • Analyze new sales formulas.
  • Have a global vision of the countries, executing local strategies with their regional managers
  • Manage and make your direct reports grow, so that they have an analytical and strategic capacity in each country
  • Create the team from scratch (Corporate & Partnerships) discovering scalable strategies.
  • Understand the needs of the key markets to improve the results
  • Lead the negotiations with the biggest clients.


    Requirements

    Are you a future Jeff?

    • BSc in business, economics, or related field
    • Mínimum 5 years experience in sales
    • Experience with the international markets
    • Problem solving
    • Analytical Thinking
    • Leadership skills
    • Experience managing High Performance Teams
    • Business intelligence.
    • High level of Spanish and English language
    • Knowledge of the franchise model will be considered a plus
