Help the New Business department to launch the next big thing. In a department with a great entrepreneurial and creative mindset, you will be working in designing, implementing and optimizing strategies to test new business. You will help to acquire new users, create landing pages, look for new acquisition channels, new entrepreneur leads, etc. Thanks to your self-driven mentality, to be proactive and a great problem-solver, you will find the best alternatives to execute amazing and innovative projects in the company.

What will you do?

  • Choosing which metrics/KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to focus on for every new initiative/business
  • Proactive on bringing traditional and creative ideas how to grow those KPIs
  • Develop and implement rigorous A/B test plans to draw insights critical for growth and optimization of new initiatives/business
  • Create the acquisition channels (landing pages, apps, ad/email/text copy, etc) with own resources (using no-code tools for example)
  • Analyzing the data and users’ feedback in order to take actionale responses
  • Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with the growth acquisition departments in order to define the user acquisition of the new vertical and improve the current strategies


  • Agile methodology is a must. Basically, if you are not able to launch something fast with an MVP and know how to iterate based on metrics, this is not your place.
  • Understanding conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks and being able to apply CRO hacks to any businesses.
  • Working on a lean startup process.
  • Working with the AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral - Revenue)
  • Know how to prioritize growth channels.
  • Knowledgeable about referral marketing and being able to create viral growth.
  • You must have an entrepreneurial spirit, always looking for new concepts, ideas and innovations
  • You make decisions based always on data.
