Requirements

What will you do?

  • Review and keep the franchise contracts that are signed with our partners.
  • Manage all documents related to the franchise sales process of our partners ensuring that they are always update and that the latest versions are available to all relevant parties.
  • Updating of various platforms incorporating the edited documents so that our partners and Jeff's team are available in a timely manner
  • Rename documents following conventional nomenclatures
  • Fill the franchisee data in the ERP and ensure it's updated.
  • Create sales orders in the ERP according to the information specified in the contract.
  • Work aligned with other departments.
  • Prepare sales reports periodically.

Experience and skills required:

  • Attention to the detail.
  • High organizational capacity and focus on detail
  • Excellent written communication skills - impeccable writing and spelling
  • Advanced handling of Google Drive
  • Proactivity and ability to solve problems
  • Advanced level of excel is a must
  • Problem solving skills
  • High analytical thinking and capacity
