Jeff (wearejeff.com) is a platform for services that promote ‘the good good life’. Through our app, we offer laundry, beauty and fitness services, all designed to make you look good and feel good. Our business model combines our tech platform with Jeff franchises, so you can also find our hubs in your neighbourhood. We currently have more than 1700 hubs in more than 30 countries throughout Asia, Latin America, Europe and Africa.
We are a team of more than 600 people from all over the world and based in Valencia (Spain). Opportunity at Jeff: Customer Support
In the Partners department, are looking for a Customer Support to build Jeff’s tech brand on a national and international level
Responsibilities / functions
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Wide knowledge of our service so that you can answer questions.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Strong client-facing and communication skills
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Customer service orientation
Native level of any of the following languages: Greece, Checz, Polish, arabic
* EU work permit is a must
