Are you the one?

We are looking for an experienced CRM Specialist to join our Marketing Team within their Chatbot Squad. Are you wondering what the chatbot is? It is the virtual Marketing Assistant that accompanies our franchisees in all the stages of their business. It provides the facility to create the local marketing strategies by campaigns that the bot will recommend with smart recommendations and historical data support. You will oversee and execute all the CRM campaigns that the partners launch through the Marketing Assistant in push notification, message in-app, SMS, and email channels. Also, you have to ensure the data quality of the segmentations, improving metrics like OR, CTR, and CR, through different A/B testing strategies and CRM optimization channels. Moreover, you will be contributing to the strategy and development of CRM tooling, integrating new tools and technologies for marketing campaigns.

Requirements

Experience and skills required:

  • Solid experience working in email marketing.

  • Hands-on experience with email marketing software and CRM management.

  • Experience with automatized CRM campaigns and database integrations.

  • Experience in A/B testing to optimize results.

  • Analytical and versatile mindset and understanding metrics and be able to change the strategy in case something is not going well.

  • Strong communication skills with all the business levels (in English and Spanish).

  • Previous experience with Braze Tool

  • Knowledge of (e-mail) HTML and mobile push notifications.
