Are you the one?

We are looking for someone who will be the responsible for  improving the performance of the communication channels, through actions and automations that enable greater adoption of the products offered by Jeff to its entrepreneurs, as well as achieving a united, confident and collaborative partner community.

What will you do?:

You are excited about this opportunity because you love community building, as well as brand visibility and product engagement

  • Set the direction for how we can increase the reach and engagement with our product and communications channels by taking an audience-centric approach, leveraging the data and insights available, as well as external best practice

  • Lead campaigns from objective setting, internal and external communication plan, deployment, monitoring and presentation of results.

  • Elaborates and controls the communications plan for Partners, focusing on maintaining consistency and quality, while keeping them timely informed and motivated

  • Content and text creation for multiple distribution channels: mailing, blog, letters, pop up system and others

  • Take ownership of all communication channels to entrepreneurs and use them in a chain of communication automation to achieve product adoption and engagement

  • Project manage the cross functional communication calendar ensuring orchestration with communication and managing tactic deployments to reduce overlap while ensuring are met.

  • Design A/B tests on automated communications campaigns to maximise results

  • Create audience segments to communicate with our database in a more personalised way and measure the impact of every action

  • Build reports and apply data-driven analytics to optimise the performance of marketing automation campaigns, from campaign performance to the end goal

  • Support the B2B engagement specialist to maximise the customer lifecycle experience and help define contact strategies across all customer touch points.

  • Based on the mission of the business and the opportunities to engage entrepreneurs, propose and execute innovative and disruptive initiatives that lead to results.

Job requirements

Role requirements:


  • 4+ years of relevant experience in email marketing with extraordinary achievements

  • Knows how to write a great email that adds value and converts and has deep understanding of email and automation best practices

  • Knows how to build effective marketing automated flows and has proven experience using marketing automation technology such as HubSpot. If you have knowledge of Gainsight will be a plus

  • Experience in building dashboards to monitor the historical and current performance of our communications.

  • Demonstrable data analysis and insight to propose and execute actions with high impact results

  • BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish. Other languages are a plus.

Tool experience:

  • Marketing Automation Platforms. Use of platforms for mailing distribution or post publishing such as Hubspot

  • Figma, or Figma-like tools for the construction of journey life cycle

  • Knowledge of WhatsApp Business messaging platforms. Desirable but not required

  • High knowledge of excel for reporting

Soft skills:

Self-starting, intellectually curious, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. Strong analytical and presentation skills. This role requires a high degree of collaboration with other teams to plan and execute shared goals.
