We are looking for a profile  have control of the payments that each partner must make to Jeff and the execution of the corresponding actions if a partner defaults, aligned with the New Debtor Strategy

What will you do?

  • Obtain the target cash collection through royalty and debt payments by executing the process aligned with the new debtor strategy

  • Reduce the number of debtors on the network

  • Control payments and debts of each partner in the cluster

  • Control the local cash: managing it according to the indications of the HQs through the finance team and alignment with the CM reporting and controlling income/expenses

  • Management of local administrative procedures necessary for the finance and legal team

  • Negotiate with partners to make payment agreements, amicable or unilateral resolutions

  • Report the financial situation with partners to CM and HQ


Job requirements

Experience and skills required:

  • Background: +- 2 years of previous experience as local admin (role duties)

  • Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

  • Management: No experience in management is required.

  • Languages: Fluent in English & Spanish.

  • Soft skills: Analytical mindset, empathetic, patient, problem-solving, autonomous, proactive, self-learned, result-oriented, management of frustrations.

  • Hard skills: Business-level data analysis, Excel management (medium-advanced level) we will apply test.
