What will you do?

  • Develop and manage the B2B CRM product roadmap.

  • Lead the design and implementation of business related aspects, such as reports and dashboards of the key metrics for the company

  • Responsibility for the rollout processes around B2B CRM and their adoption

  • Provide support to internal users giving them best practices for the use of the product.

  • Monitor and analyze the impact of implementations and associated processes with quantitative metrics

  • Implement autonomously changes in B2B CRM.

  • Create and maintain clear and understandable documentation.

  • Guarantee data quality assurance in the platform.

  • Participation in the design processes (e.g.together with Ops Manager, PX, Gainsight Lead Admin) specifically when required

  • Support a high performance culture, by creating and maintaining a quantitative system that holds people accountable for results


Job requirements

Experience & skills required

  • Knowledge and practical management of a B2B CRM like: Gainsight, Salesforce, Hubspot…

  • Proficient in Excel.

  • Knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Metabase, Power BI, QlikView or similar

  • Experience in writing and ability to understand SQL queries

  • Ability to analyze data, identify problems and solve complex problems.

  • Jira knowledge is a plus

  • Knowledge of any Customer Success Platform is a plus

  • English is mandatory, knowledge of the Spanish language is a plus

  • Ability to work with people from different departments and teams
